Head Chef and Landlord, Mark Redwood has a passion for making delightful food and has worked in some great places with some of the country’s top chefs. Our ingredients are locally sourced from suppliers like Cam Butchers, St Augustine Farm, and we even get fruit, veg and game from the some of the local villagers’ farms, gardens and estates.
